How to Request a Return, Refund or Exchange

Send us an email at service@livingrateful.com with:
- Your order number
- A quick note about what you didn’t love and how we can make it right
- If there’s a defect it would be great if you’d whip out your phone and snap a pic for us, but it’s not required to get you taken care of.

That’s it—we’ll take it from there.

What About Returns?

Since our gear is made to order, we don’t require you to send items back. Just let us know, and we’ll process your refund or send you a replacement if needed.
