Your LivinGrateful Gear account is not automatically created when you place an order. In order to create a LivinGrateful Gear account please navigate to the “Sign Up” section after making your first order.
By clicking on the little dude in the top right corner of this screen you’ll be able to access your account dashboard. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
You can reset your LivinGrateful Gear account password by navigating to the livingratefulgear.com/account and then selecting the “Forgot your password?” link. Enter the email address you used when signing up for your account. Look at you go you tech wizard you!
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on items ordered and the shipping address.
We use USPS, UPS, & OSM for international orders. We offer economy, ground, 2-day, overnight, & international shipping on all of our products. Shipping prices differ based on the size/weight of the order & the shipping location. All orders ship from Detroit, MI.
Economy (Default)
The economy method is the most cost-effective form of ground shipping. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their products delivered. Delivery times typically average 2-6 business days, except during the holiday seasons when stuff takes an extra minute to get there.
Ground
Our ground shipping option is UPS Ground & delivery times depend on your proximity to Detroit, MI.
If you choose Ground Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, you will automatically be upgraded to 2-day shipping.
Orders that utilize UPS Ground shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number, so you’ll know exactly when your gear will arrive. Be sure to check your email spam box and mark us as safe so you don’t miss any order updates.
If significant time has passed and you have still not received your order, please reach out to us here with your order number so we can assist you. We want to ensure everyone who orders their gear receives it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not digging your gear for any reason we will replace it or refund your hard-earned money no questions asked.
If you request a refund it will be credited back to the account it was originally charged within 3 business days. However long it takes to show for you to see it depends on your bank or credit card company.
Once your order replacement has been successfully processed by our team, please allow the same time it took for your previous order for your exchange item(s) to be shipped. (Please note that orders are only shipped out Monday-Friday).
